Step 1: Registration

To register an account with us, go to www.ramesys.com/store and click ‘register’ on the grey panel on the top right of the screen.  You will have three choices:

  • I wish to set up an account on behalf of a UK educational establishment You are purchasing products for use in a school or college, payment is made via invoice sent to your schools finance department.
  • I wish to register myself for a teacher account for home user software - You are a teacher purchasing products for home use, this will require a credit card that matches the address given.
  • I wish to register myself for a full-time student or parent of a student account - You are either purchasing software for yourself as a full time student, or are purchasing software that will be registered to a full time student. This also requires a credit card that matches the address given.

You will then need to enter your email address and choose a 6 digit password, agree to the terms and conditions and continue.

If it asks you for your address make sure you fill in all fields correctly. If you have filled it in incorrectly, please give us a call on 0845 121 7788 or email online@ramesys.com as you cannot edit the information.

Step 2: Selecting products

  • Either use the search menu to find the required products or follow the category heading.
  • Enter the amount required, click add to basket
  • Suggested accessories will offer you a selection of Installation CDs – pick the suitable one, type in the amount and add to basket. It's it's not suggesting a CD, there may be a problem with your browers cache. Empty the cache or go to the installation CD heading and pick the required.

Step 3: Check out

Click My basket. Check the terms and conditions and move onto the next screen.
If it asks you for your address make sure you fill in all fields correctly. If you have filled it in incorrectly, please give us a call on 0845 121 7788 as you cannot edit the information.

  • Schools - The last screen will ask you for your PO number/invoice reference- if you do not have one –simply leave it blank. Do note we are unable to take credit card transactions.
  • Students and Teachers -You will need your credit card to match the delivery address you have entered, please give us a call on 0845 121 7788 if you have entered an incorrect address.

Step 4: Delivery

Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email to your registered email address.

You will then receive a second confirmation via email once payment has been authorised and your products are dispatched. Items take around 3-4 working days (subject to stock availability) and are sent first class post.
