Dean Hancox- Ramesys Change Management Specialist


As a trained teacher, Dean has spent most of his academic career in the Further Education Sector in a wide range of Senior Management roles culminating in his appointment as the Senior Director of Curriculum in the Principalship of one of the UK 's largest and most successful FE colleges. He has been involved in a wide range of national education initiatives and developments and, following some ground-breaking work looking at 'Schools within Colleges', Dean was appointed as the UK 's first Chief Executive of a Secondary School. His work has been widely published and documented. Dean joined Ramesys as a Change Manager in the autumn of 2006. Educational progress and development for the benefits of all are one of his key interests and passions.

Paul Smith- Applied Technology Specialist

Paul joined Ramesys over ten years ago and has worked at the front edge of authority-wide school ICT projects for the South West Grid for Learning, Guernsey, Lincolnshire , Manchester and now the London Borough of Waltham Forest where he has been for the last twelve months. Prior to this Paul was a Network Manager in a secondary school in Peterborough .

Paul Parmar-Rea- Programme Director

Paul Parmar-Rea has worked in IT since 1991, starting out as an Analyst Programmer working with W H Smith, Kraft Jacobs Suchard and Northern Star Insurance. Between 1996 – 2000 he worked for the managed services supplier Spring.com supporting BT's National Supply Chain IT systems.

In 2000 he moved to RebusHR a top tier HR and Payroll Systems supplier, as a special project manager focusing on organisational change and internal systems restructuring; running a commercial software development team and implementing a service delivery methodology for large scale product roll out.

In 2003 Paul joined Ramesys as a project manager initially working on the Kent County Council Learning Platform Pilot whilst also delivering large scale IT projects and managed services to a portfolio of UK based commercial organisations such as GallifordTry, BSS and ExtraCare Trust.
Prior to joining the Waltham Forest BSF team as the Ramesys Programme Director for ICT in November 2006, Paul delivered the ICT solution and managed service for Grace Academy, one of the first academies in the UK and worked on a number of wave 1 BSF bids.

Vicky Ladizhinskaya- BSF ICT Contract Manager


Vicky has worked in Waltham Forest for the past 6 years in management of contracts, and was a key member of the BSF procurement team. Vicky led on consultation with Wave 1 schools during the BSF procurement stage and is continuing to manage the BSF ICT Managed Contract during implementation and service provision stages. Vicky's team will include project managers, ICT Consultants and Service managers, which will manage the process of service development, implementation and operation on the school's behalf. This will include co-ordination of all the engagement meetings, financial management of the ICT funds, and enforcement of the ICT ‘Service Level Agreement'. Vicky will be the first point of contact for the school regarding any queries and concerns regarding the ICT Contract and the ICT contractor.
